A wise writer once told me that facing a blank page was a great way to get shelves built in your garage. To be sure, I have experienced being mired, stuck, hopelessly lost somewhere in Never Never Plot. I have also received enough rejection notices to wallpaper a small bedroom. But through it all, the relationship between reader and author compelled me to continue my efforts.
